Dead Cells, Motion Twin's critically acclaimed
Roguevania title, will be releasing for iOS and Android devices; this time being published by Playdigious, who have made sure players get the full console experience on their mobile devices.
Playdigious also reveals that the game will feature a revamped interface that will allow players to customize the game's controls — including touch controls. The publisher also promises that there will be no ads and no F2P mechanics.
Although Playdigious hasn't given us an official release date,
Dead Cells for mobile devices will release for iOS devices first and Android devices soon after. Alongside the announcement, Motion Twin and Playdigious have released an action-packed trailer to give players an idea of what
Dead Cells will look like running on mobile devices.

You grew up with the roguelikes, witnessed the rise of the roguelites and even the birth of the roguelite-lites? We'd now like to present for your consideration our RogueVania, the illegitimate child of a modern Roguelite (Rogue Legacy, Binding of Isaac, Enter the Gungeon, Spelunky, etc.) and an old-school MetroidVania (Castlevania: SotN and its ilk).
Dead Cells is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam; expected to release for iOS and Android devices this Summer.
