Based on the video game series of the same name;
Dragon Quest: Your Story is a 3D CG anime film that originally released in Japan back in August. Specifically, the animated movie is based on Dragon Quest V from 1992 — which released for the Super Famicon and later the Nintendo DS.
After
a suspicious listing surfaced on Netflix's official website last month, many speculated that
Dragon Quest: Your Story would soon be making its way over to the West courtesy of the popular streaming service. What's more, a eputable insider known as Wario64 later mentioned that it would be coming to Netflix on February 13th (via
Toonado).
It turns out that was entirely the case as
Dragon Quest: Your Story is now officially available to stream via Netflix.
