Disney surprised us all by announcing that they were bringing back the classic Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis versions of
Aladdin and
The Lion King as part of their new
Dinsey Classic Games series; expected to release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One this Fall.
Today we found out that the Nintendo Switch version of the game will be getting a phenomenal retro edition for
Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King by video game publisher Nighthawk — who is also publishing all versions of the game.
As if that wasn't enough, iam8bit is also bringing actual playable Super Nintendo and Sega Genesis cartridges as part of the

It is worth mentioning, however, that the Legacy Edition is limited to 4,500 units for the Super Nintendo version and 4,500 units for the Sega Genesis version of the game.
Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch version, as well as the limited Legacy Edition versions of
Disney Classic Games: Aladdin and The Lion King will go live tomorrow, on the 24th of October at 10:00 AM Pacific Time/1:00 PM Eastern Time on
