Paramount Pictures has dropped the very first official trailer for their live-action
Sonic the Hedgehog movie which stars Ben Schwartz as the titular speedster, Jim Carrey as Dr. Robotnik, and James Marsden. Jeff Fowler directs.
That's right, the very first trailer. There certainly wasn't another one that was released earlier this year that left an awful taste in everybody's mouths and forced the studio to basically rework the entire movie. For real, though, since the other trailer that released six month back; Paramount has been hard at work redoing Sonic's character design. We're happy to report that their hard work has paid off.
The new trailer shows off infinitely more of
Sonic the Hedgehog than the previous one did and a whole lot more comedy at that. It looks like a totally different movie, compared to its former self, and that's definitely for the better. You'll be able to catch S
onic the Hedgehog in theatres on February 14th, 2020.
Below you can check out both the exciting, new trailer as well as an official synopsis (via
