Other than the occasional NBA2K titles, developer 2K Games has been conspicuous by its absence in the Nintendo Switch library of games. This is why it was such a pleasant surprise when 2K Games announced that a bunch of their critically acclaimed titles were being released on the handheld hybrid console.
During March's Nintendo Direct Mini presentation, that hadn't even been previously announced, 2K Games revealed that BioShock: The Collection, XCOM2 Collection, and Borderlands Legendary Collection were all releasing for the Nintendo Switch on the 29th of May.
All of these titles are of great value, and 2K Games has recently released a trailer for Borderlands Legendary Collection, which shows us everything that this insanely convenient collection is bringing with it.
For starters, Borderlands Legendary Collection will include Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition, Borderlands 2, and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, for players to dive into this crazy post-apocalyptic world. All of the previously release DLC is also here, so there's a bunch of content for players to enjoy everything the series has to offer.
It is also worth mentioning that Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection can be purchased individually via the Nintendo Switch eShop for $29.99 USD and $39.99 USD respectively. 2K Games has still to reveal the full price of the Borderlands Legendary Collection, even when all three games are already featured on the eShop.
