Fans of the
Oddworld franchise should prepare themselves for two news – and while one of them is pretty good (even if slightly confusing), the other one may disappoint some of them – as
Oddworld: Soulstorm won't be ready for release in 2019 and has been officially pushed back to at least early 2020.
With the bad new behind us, we can focus on an all-new trailer for
Soulstorm that was just released online by IGN. According to the website, it's not just a trailer but a full-blown "cinematic gameplay teaser trailer" – and while it sounds... interesting, the meaning of this cluster remains a big mystery.
While the highly anticipated video game's release window has been revealed, its final platforms haven't been officially announced just yet. What we do know about the upcoming title is that its story picks up just after the end of the original
Abe’s Oddysee and the game will feature multiple endings.
