BLAZBLUE: CROSS TAG BATTLE COLLECTOR'S EDITION Is Now Available For Pre-Order And Still No Season Pass
The Collector's Edition for BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle has become available for pre-orders today, and while the bundle in itself is pretty decent, the Western version still does not include the Season Pass.
Arc System Works and PQube Games' BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle is a 2D fighting game, with ellegantly drawn sprites, that sees characters from the BlazBlue, Persona 4, RWBY, and Under Night In-Birth throwing down in fast-paced stylish combats.
The game was announced last July and is coming out on the 5th of June for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. An English dub for the game was also confirmed a few weeks ago, as well as a Collector's Edition which, as of today, is available for players to pre-order.
The BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle Collector's Edition will be available on the 5th of June - for the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 - and will come with 4 acrylic figures of characters Ragna, Yu, Hyde, and Ruby from BlazBlue, Persona, Under Night In-Birth, and RWBY respectively. It will also include a full colour, 52 page art book, CD with 15 songs, steel case for the game, Collector's Edition Box, and a copy of the BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle game. All of this content is exclusive to the Arc System Works Gear Shop and Rooster Teeth Shop and won't be found anywhere else.
What is really disappointing is that BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle Collector's Edition doesn't include the Season Pass for the DLC characters, especially because this collector's edition already will cost players $99.99, and the Season Pass will be an extra $20. To top things off, Season Pass is included in the Japanese version of the game so there's no excuse for something like this. Collector editions are nice and all, but most companies not including the season pass is a real letdown.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle wil be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC on the 5th of June.
