Mick Gordon's Soundtrack for DOOM 2016 To Get Head-Banging Vinyl Boxset As Well As A CD Release

Not only did Doom reinvent itself by encouraging players to tackle enemies head on instead of going for the cover-and-wait approach of modern shooters. Not only that but the game is fast-paced enough to keep players engaged during those action-heavy fight sequences but not too fast-paced to become an overwhelming and frustrating eperience. All of this accompanied by an amazing head-banging soundtrack composed by Australian composer, and sound designer, Mick Gordon who managed to bring even more life(...or death) to Doom's already lively world...full of death.

Now players can own the soundtrack as Laced Records have recently announced they are releasing various different boxsets including the music for the game.

They are offering 4 varied packages for the soundtrack and these are:

-DOOM (Deluxe Double CD)
-DOOM (Deluxe Double Vinyl)
-DOOM (Special Edition X4 Vinyl Boxset)
-DOOM (Special Limited Edition X4 Vinyl Boxset/ Slipmat/ Double CD Bundle)

The Special Edition will only be available for Pre-Order for 2 weeks. When pre-orders close on the 2nd of May you'll only be able to purchase the Deluxe Double CD, Deluxe Double Vinyl or Special Edition X4 Vinyl Boxset.
