After the failed attempt to bring back the series (in spirit) with Mighty No. 9, Capcom have set out to truly bring back the series and the iconic gaming legend with a new instalment into the main game series.
This is the first new core Mega Man game since Mega Man 10, which launched all the time back in 2010. The seven year gap shows in the beautiful graphics that combine 3D sprites with a 2D plane, to create a silky smooth gameplay experience.
Not much is shown in the short one minute long trailer, but there's enough for fans to realise that this is the Mega Man they know and love, with the same iconic moveset, challenging platform and epic boss battles.
Mega Man 11 will launch late 2018 on the PS4, PC, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
