ANIMAL CROSSING: NEW HORIZONS - Latest Update Allows Players To Remove The HUD In Photo Mode

Earlier this month, Animal Crossing: New Horizons players reported that an unusual glitch came with Update 1.3.0, which prevented some users from crossing previously built bridges. The glitch itself was quickly fixed by Nintendo, but that wasn't the only thing that was changed with Update 1.3.0.

The game's Update 1.3.0 also removed a glitch that allowed players to remove the game's HUD when taking pictures in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Interestingly enough, the glitch made photo mode way more fun to use, and removing it made players complain to Nintendo; mentioning that removing the HUD should actually be a feature.

So, here's the thing. Players can remove the HUD at any time when taking pictures, but this only works if they remain steady; if they move, the HUD comes back. With the HUD-removing glitch, players could record fun little clips, and take pictures in motion without using the predetermined poses.

In a completely unexpected turn of events, Nintendo listened to fans for once, and the latest update that was released today has actually reinstated the HUD-removing glitch; now reintroduced as a feature for the game's photo mode.

After today's update, players can now easily toggle the HUD On or Off by clicking the controller's right stick when using the Nook Phone's camera; allowing them to finally take those pictures, or record those video clips without having to pull off a glitch.
