We're already halfway through August, meaning that PlatinumGames' Astral Chain is only a few more weeks away from releasing — launching exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on the 30th of August.

Just a couple of days ago, PlatinumGames treated us to some amazing concept art for Astral Chain, which gave us a good look at some early designs for the Legion robots, as well as some of the characters; all of this in order to keep players anticipating the game's release.

Astral Chain is a new action game from PlatinumGames, the creators of the Bayonetta™ series. As part of a police special forces unit in a multi-cultural futuristic city, players work together with a humanoid special weapon, Legion, in a synergetic action system of battle and exploration.

Astral Chain will be available exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on the 30th of August.
