The wait is over, as
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order, a game developed by Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja, has finally released today exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
Bringing back the classic ation RPG gameplay that the series is known for, as well as a plethora of characters from the Marvel universe for players to play as,
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order's roster is nothing short of amazing — with characters from the
Fantastic Four,
Marvel Knights, and even the
X-Men joining soon after for players that purchased the Expansion Pass.
While there are some characters that will be exclusive for those who decided to purchase the Expansion Pass, Nintendo has revealed today that
X-Men characters Cyclops and Colossus will be added to the game on the
30th of August, completely free of charge via a free update.
On top of that, we also got an extended version of
yesterday's launch trailer for
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order(which also confirmed Loki to join the roster), featuring some glimpses of gameplay on Asgard and other iconic locations in the Marvel universe.
