May is finally coming to an end and, as it has already become a tradition, Nintendo has recently shared a video that highlights some of the most popular titles that were released for the Nintendo Switch during this month.
This month wasn't particularly heavy on big name releases, which is to be expected actually — especially because most developers begin to gear up for the E3, or whatever it is that they will do this year now that the event has been cancelled — but there were still some heavy hitters that deserve the players' attention.
Between the games that Nintendo is highlighting we find titles like Blacklight Interactive and Team17's Golf With Your Friends, which allows players to, well, golf with their friends. What's interesting about the Switch version, though, is that it is the only version that features couch co-op.
The Nintendo Switch eShop also saw two critically praised first-person shooters joining the console's library in Blue Manchu's Void Bastards and Voidpoint LLC's Ion Fury; both with remarkable art direction that makes them stand out from other recent first-person shooters.
Danny Wynner's Atomicrops will also quench the players' thirst of farming simulators, while Megagon Industries' Lonely Mountains: Downhill is the perfect game to test their skills in various mountains, and make their way downhill; yes, the name is as self-explanatory as it is fun.
And, of course, Mojang Studios' recently released, and overwhelmingly well-received, Minecraft Dungeons is also one of the games highlighted by Nintendo; and for good reason. It is a different take on the Minecraft series that incorporates dungeon crawler gameplay; a match made in Heaven.
