In July of last year Nintendo unveiled the long-rumoured Nintendo Switch Lite; a budget-friendly Nintendo Switch — albeit without the "switch" feature per se, nor detachable Joy-Cons — that would be releasing a few months after the announcement.

The Nintendo Switch Lite was released in September of 2019, coming in 3 different colours at launch — Turquoise, Yellow, and Grey — and offering customers the same experience that the original Nintendo Switch gives them, except that this is strictly a handheld console that cannot be connected to the television.

Now, Nintendo has announced that the latest colour to be added to the Nintendo Switch Lite lineup is coral, and this brand-new console will be hitting store shelves on the 3rd of April. According to Nintendo's official website, the new Nintendo Switch Lite Coral will retail for $199.99 MSRP.

A new addition to the Nintendo Switch family will arrive on 9/20. Nintendo Switch Lite is compact and lightweight, making it easy to take on the go! This dedicated handheld device lets you play all Nintendo Switch games that support handheld mode. It will be available in three different colors.

Nintendo Switch Lite is currently available.
