As one of the most surprising, and out of left field announcements that could've been made during today's Nintendo Direct, is the fact that Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast will be releasing  on the Nintendo Switch later this month.

Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast was originally released in March of 2002, continuing the story of former Jedi Knight Kyle Katarn; who is forced to become a Jedi once more to fight a lurking evil that threatens the galaxy.

Aspyr, the developer working on the port of the game, also revealed that Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast will be releasing on the Nintendo Switch eShop on the 24th of September, so this is the perfect time — for anyone who hasn't tried out this gem yet — to pick the game up.
