During the Nintendo Direct presentation that streamed in September of this year, Nintendo announced
Super Kirby Clash — which is a multiplayer action title that sees players going on quests and defeating powerful bosses.
Super Kirby Clash wasn't only announced during the Nintendo Direct, as the game was actually made available for Nintendo Switch players on the same day, and right after the presentation ended; completely free of charge, since this title is a free-to-start game.
As it turns out, and according to
Nintendo Hong Kong,
Super Kirby Clash has already been downloaded over 4 million times since its original launch in September. What's interesting, though, is that this information has only been reported by Nintendo Hong Kong, and they don't specify whether this is only the case for a specific region or worldwide.
Nintendo of America did share a music video in order to celebrate
Super Kirby Clash, but they don't even say why they suddenly decided to celebrate the game; perhaps suggesting that those 4 million downloads are actually worldwide, although further information is needed to confirm this.
To defeat bosses this wicked, it’ll take a whole team of Kirbys! In this free-to-start multiplayer* action game, you can choose from four unique Roles and join up to three other players to take down tough bosses. Puff up your power by crafting weapons and spending materials at the shop to receive even MORE weapons, not to mention armor and items.
Super Kirby Clash is currently available for the Nintendo Switch.
