Nintendo Switch owners will get the chance to play three of the most critically acclaimed, and beloved titles in the Super Mario Bros. series, when Super Mario 3D All-Stars finally becomes avaialable this Friday; bringing with it Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine, and Super Mario Galaxy.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars is bringing back some heavy hitters, with Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy being two games that Nintendo has never re-released, and Super Mario 64 being the first game that saw the beloved princess-rescuing plumber making the jump to 3D.
All three of the classic Super Mario Bros. games in this collection are featuring HD resolution. In Super Mario Sunshine's particular case, players will be able to experience this paradisiac adventure in 16:9 ratio — which will make the game look better than ever.
Now that we are only a few days away from the relese of Super Mario 3D All-Stars, Nintendo has released an overview trailer that tells players pretty much everything there is to know about it; well, almost everything. Nintendo doesn't go over how motion controls will work in Super Mario Galaxy, or how Super Mario Sunshine's water spaying device will work without the GameCube's analogue triggers.
