A recent study has revealed some very interesting facts about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, as new information shows that Nintendo's critically acclaimed action-adventure title is one of the most stress-relieving video games out there.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is actually the second most stress-relieving game, according to the study conducted by Comfy Sacks, as the first place goes to Electronic Arts' popular The Sims, although the study doesn't reveal exactly which version — although it is safe to assume it is The Sims 4 and not the original.
Mojang's insanely popular Minecraft takes the third place as the most stress-relieving title on the list, which isn't actually all that surprising — as all three games have one thing in common: they successfully manage to give players a sense of freedom that no other titles have yet been able to.
Comfy Sacks' study surveyed over a thousand players in the United States, who were asked about the kind of games they liked to play to unwind and relax. The study also revealed that the most stressful game was Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and it was closely followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops 4.
