Sony has announced the March 2024 additions to its PlayStation Plus Game Catalog. A total of eight games will be added to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Tiers.
Among the new games coming are NBA 2K24 Kobe Bryant Edition (PS4, PS5), Marvel's Midnight Suns (PS4, PS5), Resident Evil 3 (PS4, PS5), LEGO DC Supervillains (PS4), Mystic Pillars: Remastered (PS5), Blood Bowl 3 (PS4, PS5), Super Neptunia RPG (PS4), and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (PS5).
For basketball fans, NBA 2K24 arrives as we approach the NBA season's playoff push. This years game features NBA and WNBA teams with fully up-to-date rosters and legendary historic teams.
Firaxis Games' Marvel's Midnight Suns is another exciting addition to the catalog. While the tactical RPG was a commercial flop, it did receive glowing reviews. An adaptation of the comic book series, Marvel's Midnight Suns takes us to the darker side of the Marvel Universe. Players take on the role of "The Hunter," a customizable superhero and sole offspring of Lilith, Mother of Demons. Teaming up with the Avengers and the Midnight Suns, players will fight alongside popular heroes such as Ghost Rider, Magik, Blade, Wolverine, Iron Man and more to defeat Lilith and prevent her from resurrecting her master Chthon.
If you're looking for a lighter comic book-inspired, there's also LEGO DC Supervillains. In this open world game, the Justice League has disappeared and in their place are their counterparts, the Justice Syndicate. Who are these strange, wannabe superheroes? Create and play as your very own super-villain and team up with some of the most renowned DC Super-Villains, including The Joker, Harley Quinn, and more.
Another exciting addition is Resident Evil 3, Capcom's remake of the beloved 1999 survival horror classic. The game is set in the hours leading up to and following the events of Resident Evil 2. You play as S.T.A.R.S. officer Jill Valentine, trying to escape Raccoon City, and this time zombies aren't the only threat. Resident Evil 3 was known for the introduction of the near-indestructbile bioweapon, Nemesis T-Type.
All eight of these games will be added to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog for Extra and Premium tiers on Tuesday, March 19.
In addition to these titles, there are five classics being added for PlayStation Premium members:
