Minecraft is one of the most profitable franchises in the world right now — and, to be quite fair, has been for quite some time now — so it was only a matter of time until we saw the series getting its own official cereal.
That's right, the popular Minecraft series will be getting an official breakfast cereal produced by Kellogg's called "Minecraft Creeper Crunch", which is expected to release in the United States in an 8oz. box for $4USD or a 12oz box for $5.69USD starting this August.
What's more, according to the information released by Kellogg's, "Minecraft Creeper Crunch" will include a download code for one of the 10 in-game clothing items for players to get on Minecraft — including cloaks, jackets, and more items to help them fully customise their in-game characters.
Kellogg's official information regarding the product reads as follows:
"Inside every box is a code that unlocks one of 10 in-game clothing items, allowing Minecraft's users to customize their characters head-to-toe with cloaks, jackets and more! Typically only available through purchase, these clothing items offer players a fun way to personalize their characters' unique style in-game - exciting for any gamer!"
Ever wanted to have a nice bowl of Minecraft Creepers for breakfast? Well, whether you ever wanted to feast on those creatures or not, now you can — although it is worth mentioning that GamesRadar+ reports that "Minecraft Creeper Crunch" is marketed as "limited time" product, so if you happen to see the cereal in stores, be sure get one before they run out.
