Square-Enix has placed a mysterious timer on their website that ends on Wednesday 4:00pm JST. Not much is known about their project as of right now, however by visiting the website, there are various weapons from their published games that appear in a scrolling gallery. One of them is the Virtuous Contract: from recent game Nier: Automata.

There are also weapons from less known series such as from the Romancing Saga series. A quote from the game in Japanese follows each weapon. It can be expected that these weapons from various series will be involved somehow. Perhaps there will be a cross-over to bring back certain series? We will soon find out.

Check out Square Enix's site just for yourself!
