Does The Addition Of Shiny Gible In POKÉMON GO Mean It Won't Receive A Community Day?

Up until now Niantic has stuck to a pretty specific plan when it comes to Community Day events and shiny creatures.

While some creatures get their shiny variant released into the game to celebrate an event such as the Team Rocket Takeover or Holiday variant creatures like Halloween and Christmas - many shiny forms are released during a strict Community Day schedule.

In the past, fans have been able to determine which Pokémon would receive the spotlight and shiny treatment next based on a pattern that the Community Day events have followed, and Trainers were planning to gear up for a Gible event in February.

With the creature receiving a shiny form ahead of time though - it would be the first time for a Community Day event - except for Pikachu which doesn't count since he was the first event released.

What do you guys think? Will Gible get a Community Day, or will it remain a rare spawn? Let us know your thoughts below and check out the trailer for Pokémon Go's upcoming Buddy Adventure feature!
