A new international trailer for Milla Jovovich's purproted final Resident Evil film has been released. The Final Chapter is directed by her husband, Paul W. S. Anderson. With Sony reportedly planning to reboot the franchise following the release of the video game film on January 27, 2017; the question that remains is will the next batch of films adhere to the actual Capcom games more closely?

Picking up immediately after the events in Resident Evil: Retribution, humanity is on its last legs after Alice is betrayed by Wesker in Washington D.C.
