Capcom has just released the launch trailer for Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition, as the game finally becomes available for the Nintendo Switch today; bringing with it the same experience that most players remember, but with a few extra additions that make this version stand out.

Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition for the Nintendo Switch is adding a brand-new co-op multiplayer that allows players to be joined by their friends and play through Bloody Palace as Dante and Vergil.

This special edition is also introducing a Free Style mode that, as the name appropriately suggests, allows players to change combat styles on the fly, as well as switching weapons at any given time; both features not present in any other versions of Devil May Cry 3.

With all of the additional features that have been included in Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition, Capcom has definitely made sure that Nintendo Switch owners get their money's worth when purchasing this fantastic entry in the long-running Devil May Cry series.

Check it out:

Devil May Cry 3 takes place before the events of the first game. In this installment, you can choose different combat Styles like Swordmaster and Gunslinger, and it's up to you which Style you decide to develop and improve on. This game also contains the Special Edition features that let you play as Dante's brother Vergil.

Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition will be available for the Nintendo Switch today.
