Following the complete and utter fiasco of
Fallout 76, Bethesda Game Studios will have a chance to redeem themselves in
Starfield, the first new IP in 25 years from the renowned developers of
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Starfield was announced at last year's E3 expo, but we haven't heard anything new about this mysterious story-driven space opera ever since – but it could finally change relatively soon.
A recent survey released by Bethesda Softworks suggests that
Starfield could make an appearance at the upcoming
Bethesda Game Days event that will take place on the 29th and 30th of March at PAX East. While the American publisher has already confirmed that they will put the spotlight on
RAGE 2, The Elder Scrolls: Blades, DOOM: Eternal, and
The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr later in the week, the aforementioned survey clearly implies that
Starfield will be showcased at that fan event as well.
Considering that we still have no idea if
Starfield is a current, next, or maybe a cross -gen project, it would definitely be nice to learn more about the Todd Howard-helmed role-playing video game at PAX East, even if Bethesda will present the title at E3 2019 during their annual media briefing (also known as BE3) that will be streamed worldwide on June 9th, at 5:30 p.m. PT from Los Angeles. Until anything is officially announced, consider everything reported on this subject nothing more than a speculation.
Starfield is the new space epic currently in development by Bethesda Game Studios. Starfield is the first new franchise in 25 years from the acclaimed developers of The Elder Scrolls and Fallout series.
Starfield doesn't have an official release date yet.
