Gunvolt Chronicels: Luminous Avenger iX, a spin-off title that stems from the Azure Striker Gunvolt series, was released for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam at the end of October of this year; bringing with it the same 2D action-packed experience that Inti Creates is so well-known for.

Sadly, Inti Creates also announced that the Xbox One version of Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX was being delayed, but the developer didn't reveal exactly when the game was finally going to be releasing.

Today we have some great news for Xbox One players who have been anticipating the release of this game, as Inti Creates not only revealed that Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX will finally become available on the 19th of December, but that pre-orders for the game are currently available at Microsoft's official website for the game.

Since its inception, the Gunvolt series has become known among fans for its high-speed, stylish 2D action. This game will see series rival/anti-hero Copen take the lead and push the series’ speed and intensity to the next level, all the while keeping the game accessible to new fans.

Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous Avenger iX is currently available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam.
Xbox One version to release on the 19th of December.
