Given that Respawn Entertainments’
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was announced at last year's EA Play back in June, we still know surprisingly little about the highly anticipated story-driven video game.
Thankfully, that will finally change this Saturday, during this year's Star Wars Celebration, which is coming on the 11-15 of April. Given that the audience will get their first opportunity to learn more about J.J. Abrams'
Star Wars: Episode IX (including the title and maybe even the very first teaser trailer) and the future of
Star Wars: The Clone Wars, it seems that you won't want to miss the upcoming show.
Ahead of the presentation of
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, EA has revealed the title's logo, that you can check out in its full glory up above. As a reminder, the story of
Fallen Order was written by Chris Avellone, one of the masterminds behind
Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords and
Fallout: New Vegas, so there's hope that this EA-produced
Star Wars game will live up to its premise.
Rumor has it that
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order takes place five years after the events of George Lucas'
Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith and the execution of the (in)famous Order 66, the brutal Jedi purge that took place right after Supreme Chancellor Palpatine became the Emperor.
UPDATE - EA has released a brand-new motion poster for
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order as new details on the upcoming title will be revealed at 1:30pm CDT on Saturday. Be sure to check it out down below:
From Respawn Entertainment comes a brand-new action adventure game which tells an original Star Wars story around a surviving Padawan set shortly after the events of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be releasing Holiday 2019.
