The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on August 30th, Supermassive Games has officially announced. Considering that the developer is also responsible for
Until Dawn, it's rather safe to say that this summer adventure won't end well for the main characters.
In
Man of Medan, you will have a unique opportunity to explore the perilous Pacific Ocean and one terrifying ghost ship – an abandoned World War II wreck – the upcoming video game's playground.
Just like in
Until Dawn, the story will be told from a plenty of different perspectives – as the player takes on the role of five teenage protagonists who "
traverse the terrors of the sea, both to uncover its mysteries, and to live to tell their tale." While
Man of Medan will be the first entry in the
Dark Pictures saga, Supermassive is already working on four other titles set in the aforementioned horror world.
