The Ruthless World Of 14th Century France Comes To Life In A PLAGUE TALE: INNOCENCE Story Trailer

Publisher Focus Home Interactive has released online a brand new trailer for Asobo Studio's A Plague Tale: Innocence, the Crew and ReCore co-developer's first original IP in years. In A Plague Tale, you play as siblings Amicia and Hugo as they struggle through the heart of the ruthless world of 14th century France plagued by the Black Death, with unstoppable swarms of infected rats waiting to kill them.

This newly released story trailer gives us a chance to learn more about this hopeless country. If the video is anything to go by, the siblings will be chased not only by the rats, but also soldiers and the government, as Amicia's brother seems to be the key to solving the mystery behind the titular plague.

While Innocent looks incredibly beautiful, Olivier Deriviere, the award-winning composer responsible for the acclaimed soundtracks of the 2008 Alone in the Dark reboot, Remember Me, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag — Freedom Cry, Get Even, and last year's Vampyr, will make sure that A Plague Tale: Innocence's soundtrack matches the striking visuals.
