OtherSide Entertainment, the studio behind
Underworld: Ascendant, released the first teaser trailer for
System Shock 3 during Unity Technologies' GDC 2019 conference yesterday. While it's definitely not the longest video you've ever seen, it's worth your attention, as it gives us a chance to take our best look yet at SHODAN, a fictional artificial intelligence and the main antagonist of both
System Shock and
System Shock 2, who will return in the highly anticipated threequel to continue her reign of terror.
System Shock 3 has been announced a good while ago (back in 2016, to be exact), but we still know surprisingly little about this reimagination of the
System Shock series, the older brother of the original
Deus Ex, which was also directed by Warren Spector. According to the developers themselves,
System Shock 3 is already more than halfway completed, so more details on the title should be unveiled soon.
Without further ado, be sure to check out the recently released
System Shock 3 teaser trailer below:

System Shock 3 is set to release in 2020.
