Dontnod and Bandai Namco announced Twin Mirror back in June of 2018, and at the time it was revealed to release at a yet to be determined date in 2019. Due to reasons unbeknownst to us, however, the developers ended up pushing back the game's launch.
Players had quite a few reasons to get excited for Twin Mirror, especially since Dontnod had been getting a lot of praise for their critically acclaimed Life is Strange series, and the announcement trailer for their new psychological thriller looked very promising.
It was in September of this year that Dontnod and Bandai Namco revealed that Twin Mirror will finally be launching on Tuesday the 1st of December for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC(Epic). While it may have taken a while, the wait was definitely worth it, and the game is definitely looking a lot better now than when it was originally announced.
Now we have some great news for those who are anticipating Twin Mirror, as Bandai Namco recently release a short trailer in which they reveal that pre-orders for the upcoming title are currently open on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
It is also worth mentioning that while pre-orders for the Epic version of the game aren't open, players can actually pre-purchase Twin Mirror right now, and all they have to do is visit Epic's official website by clicking right here.
