Ubisoft isn't releasing a new Assassin's Creed game this year, but various reports have pointed to them debuting a remastered Assassin's Creed: Ezio Collection featuring the adventures of that fan-favourite character from the franchise. While its release has yet to be confirmed, Amazon Italy (via IGN) has revealed a release date of November 17th (meaning it will be here just in time for Christmas).

The listing on Amazon also confirms that the collection will include Assassin's Creed 2, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, and Assassin's Creed Revelations, each remastered for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. All associated DLC and two short films will also be included, making this a must-have for fans.

Assassin's Creed 2 is still hailed as the best instalment of the franchise, while Ezio is a firm fan-favourite. It appears as if the game will be sold at the full retail price for a new release, but given the amount of content it includes, it's hard to complain about that! With the winter approaching, Ubisoft will have to make Assassin's Creed: Ezio Collection official soon, so stay tuned for updates!
