In a short few weeks from today, fans of Capcom's long-running, and critically acclaimed survival-horror series will finally be able to experience the remade version of Resident Evil 3; a game that not many players have had the opportunity to play since it was first released, as it is quite difficult to find these days.
Much like last year's Resident Evil 2, the Resident Evil 3 remake will be giving players a slightly different version of the all-time classic, but with enough similarities to made fans feel like they're playing the original Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.
Unlike Resident Evil 2, however, Capcom has gone on record stating that Resident Evil 3 will be more action-oriented than the remake of its predecessor; appropriate, considering that Resident Evil 3: Nemesis did feel a tad more action-oriented than the original Resident Evil 2.
For those fans who just can't wait to get their hands on Resident Evil 3, we have a brand-new cover for the game, which will be featured on issue 324 of Game Informer Magazine; giving us a look at titular characters, and fan-favourites Jill Valentine and Carlos Oliveira — who are reliving the nightmare that was Raccoon City in 1998.
Have a look:
Jill Valentine is one of the last remaining people in Raccoon City to witness the atrocities Umbrella performed. To stop her, Umbrella unleashes their ultimate secret weapon; Nemesis! Also includes Resident Evil Resistance, a new 1 vs 4 online multiplayer game set in the Resident Evil universe where four survivors face-off against a sinister Mastermind.
Resident Evil 3 is expected to release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 3rd of April.
