At Sony's conference, Insomniac was kind enough to give fans 8 minutes of solid gameplay from their upcoming title Spider-Man. In it, we get just a taste of the game's story. Check it out after the jump.

What everyone has been waiting for is finally here. After the long months of waiting since last year's E3, Insomniac has finally brought the big guns this year with some official gameplay for Spider-Man. We get a good look at some of the mechanics we'll be introduced to, as well as the game's story, and just how good the swinging will be (spoilers: it seems to stick to buildings this time around). And there is a really cool easter egg at the end of the gameplay that could set some stuff up in the future.

Not much is known about the game's plot other than player's will have to faceoff against Mister Negative, but information will surely come out in the months leading up to its release.
