With production on Sony’s Spider-Man spinoff film Silver & Black delayed, it will likely be a while before we see the Symkarian mercenary Silver Sable make her live-action debut. But fans of the character may still get a chance to see Sable in action, as one of the developers behind Spider-Man PS4 may have hinted at an appearance from Silver Sablinova.
During the developer panel for Spider Man PS4 at E3, the games creative director Bryan Intihar appeared on stage with a t-shirt bearing the name Symkaria on it, which fans may know is the name of Sable’s home country.
While this alone isn’t worth speculating on, Intihar was then asked about the Marvel Comics mercenary associated with the country on his shirt, and he coyly hinted at Silver Sable. Then, when asked more directly about the possibility of the character having a place in the game, he merely said, “possibly.”
So, even though it’s not a yes or no answer from the director, it definitely looks like he is intentionally teasing fans with the possibility of seeing her show up in Spider-Man PS4.
Now, aside from that bit, some fake Daily Bugle articles for the game have popped up on the Playstation website, as part of its promotional campaign. Among the promos, are two articles from Ben Urich and Betty Brant that discuss Norman Osborn's run for mayor and a string of robberies perpetrated by Felicia Hardy, a.k.a. the Black Cat.
