Capcom has announced today that Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection has been delayed and will no longer be releasing in January of next year as initially planned. The good news is that the date has not been pushed too much back.

The information was shared by the official Mega Man Twitter account, where Mega Man series Producer Kazuhiro Tsuchiya revealed that Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection will now be launching on the 25th of February; initialy scheduled to launch on the 21st of January.

With the announcement, Tsuchiya also apologises to fans who were eagerly anticipating the release, and that they are working hard to deliver the best experience possible; which, to be fair, is actually in the best interest of fans any way.

Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection, much like the name appropriately suggests, will feature all 4 titles in the critically acclaimed Mega Man Zero series, as well as the two games in the Mega Man ZX series; with all 6 of these titles being released for the first time ever on platforms other than Nintendo.

Six games, five heroes, and two series megamerge into one giant collection! Taking legendary Reploids into the far future, join Zero as he battles against the forces of Neo Arcadia, then witness the rise of a new generation looking to carve out their own story. Mega Man Zero / ZX Legacy Collection brings the intense action of Mega Man Zerothrough Mega Man Zero 4 as well as Mega Man ZX and Mega Man ZX Advent to modern platforms.

Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 25th of February in 2020.
