ARK: Survival Evolved is an action-adventure game with survival elements developed by Studio Wildcard, Instinct Games, Efecto Studios, and Virtual Basement. The game was initially released digitally and physically in August of 2017 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.
The game features an open world full of dinosaurs and other dangerous animals from the prehistoric era.
ARK: Survival Evolved also allows players to play from either a third-person or first-person perspective, as well as giving them a plethora of fireweapons in order to defend themselves against either animals or other humans they may run across.
ARK: Survival Evolved also features both single and multiplayer, which allows players to join servers and play with other users and even form tribes, and now they'll be able to do all of that on-the-go as the Nintendo Switch version of the game has just become available today, and we get a live action trailer to celebrate.
Take a look:
Stranded on a mysterious prehistoric island, you must explore its vast biomes as you begin to hunt, harvest, craft tools, grow crops and build shelters to survive. Use cunning and skill to kill, tame, breed, and even ride Dinosaurs and other primitive beasts living on The ARK.
