Bandai Namco and Tarsier Studios have announced that a sequel to Little Nightmares, their popular horror puzzle-platformer, will be getting a sequel for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC(digital).

Little is known about this sequel but, from what we can gather from looking at the spine-chilling announcement trailer, it has managed to capture the unsettling atmosphere that the original Little Nightmares had; only this time, it won't be taking place in the Maw, but in some sort of orphanage.

What the developer didn't reveal, however, is an official release date for Little Nightmares II, although the game will certainly be released in 2020 — as revealed in the trailer — so we'll have top keep waiting for more information on this terrifying sequel.

Check it out:

Return to the world of charming horror that has terrified over 1 million fans. Face a completely new set of distorted enemies as Mono, and learn how to be as courageous as a child.

Little Nightmares II will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC(digital) in 2020.
