Following the release of character-specific trailers for Harley Quinn and King Shark, it seems George Harkness aka Captain Boomerang is up next on the docket.
The short teaser trailer contains snippets of gameplay footage that highlight the difference between playing as the boomerang-slinging Aussie villain versus Gotham's chaotic psychiatrist or Atlantis' resident shark god.
Rocksteady has already confirmed that the Suicide Squad will level the playing field with the Justice League by breaking into the Hall of Justice's armory and stealing a few important items that will provide significant power-ups such as a few of Batman's gadgets, Dr. Sivana's Speed Force Gauntlet, and more.
It also appears that the Penguin will make an appearance in this game, possibly as an arms dealer who allows the player to improve their equipment and acquire even more firepower.
Wonder Woman will also appear in the game as the only Justice Leaguer that Braniac fails to capture. It's possible that the Suicide Squad could function as a backup for the Amazonian princess as she attempts to free her comrades.
With trailers for Harley Quinn, King Shark, and Captain Boomerang now released, expect a character trailer for Deadshot to be dropped later this week.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on February 2, 2024.
