Enter CITY OF BRASS As This Spiritual Successor Of The BIOSHOCK Series Shines In Its Exciting Launch Trailer

In Middle Eastern folklore, The City of Brass tells of a dangerous archaeological expedition to an ancient and forgotten city to find the vessel used to capture genies. A group of brave men set out on this journey only to face petrified corpses, mystical beings, and soldiers that nearly kill out their entire squadron. It turns out that men’s lust for greed eventually led to a curse causing their own downfall.

City of Brass is also the title of the fifth game made by Uppercut Games, an independent studio founded in 2011 by Ed Orman, Andrew James and Ryan Lancaster who worked on Bioshock and Bioshock 2 at 2K Australia. Their latest game is a single-player, first-person dungeon crawler, set in a procedurally generated, Arabian Nights-themed city of interconnecting corridors and rooms.

The game gets great reviews on Steam as 94% of almost 100 reviews are positive. The situation look a bit different on Metacritic where City of Brass currently sits at 71% on PlayStation and 73% on Xbox One. Both console versions have less than 10 reviews, so there's a big chance that you will like the game very much. Don't let the outdated animation confuse you - City of Brass is a hidden gem.

Become a daring thief in City of Brass, a first-person action adventure from senior BioShock developers. Armed with scimitar and a versatile whip, you’ll lash and slash, bait and trap your way to the heart of an opulent, Arabian Nights-themed metropolis – or face certain death as time runs out.

City of Brass is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC NOW!
