Ubisoft Annecy's
Steep allows you to ride a massive open world across the Alps using skis, wingsuits, snowboards and paragliders, where the powder is always fresh and the run never ends. The game launched in 2016 and Ubisoft still supports the game with new DLC, outfits, events, and maps, continuing its "
game as a service" approach to developing games. The newest DLC is focused on Japan.
The publisher has released a new trailer featuring the
Steep: Road to the Olympics expansion, showcasing training in the massive snowy open world located in Japan. The gameplay focuses on taking part in a variety of disciplines to compete in the game’s 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea.

The expansion's first month of season one began on April 1st.
