Fortnite content update 4.2 introduced the long-awaited Jetpack to Battle Royale. It was the first of a brand new type of item introduced into the mode, Backpacks. Epic noted at the time that more new Backpacks will be added to the game over time and now it appears two more types have been discovered.

Searching through the game files following the latest update have revealed two folders labeled "IntelPack" and "MedicPack." Inside you can find models and descriptions for what appears to be two upcoming Backpacks.

The Intel Pack appears to be a stronger version of the Eye of the Storm Tracker, which was accidentally added to the game recently and gave players the location of the final eye of the storm. According to FNBRLeaks, the Intel Pack will allow you to "Find the Eye of the Storm, and then reveal nearby loot and enemies."

The Medic Pack will presumably heal your allies, although it's unclear how it will work. The description reads: "Carry your allies to victory with this advanced life saving equipment."

As a reminder, Backpacks are found in treasure chests and only one can be carried at a time. It's unclear when, or if, these new Backpacks will be added to the game, although it's worth mentioning that the models and functions of them could change before release.
