Nintendo Switch Version Of WOLFENSTEIN: YOUNGBLOOD Is Being Developed By Panic Button

Bethesda has recently confirmed that the Nintendo Switch version of Wolfenstein: Youngblood is being developed by Panic Button; the same studio that ported the previous games.

Today, Bethesda not only confirmed that Wolfenstein: Youngblood was being released for the Nintendo Switch, but they also revealed that the studio that is currently developing the Switch version is none other than Panic Button.

Panic Button has really made a name for themselves after successfully porting a bunch of titles to the Nintendo Switch; titles that no one could've ever dreamed of seeing on Nintendo's handheld hybrid console.

Doom(2016) and Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus are two of Bethesda's games that Panic Button was able to successfully port to the Nintendo Switch. Granted, some sacrifices had to be made, but the games run way better than anyone expected.

Panic Button was also able to deliver a fantastic port of Warframe and are currently developing Doom Eternal for the Nintendo Switch, so it is safe to say that they will do a great job with Wolfenstein: Youngblood — especially since they seem to have been working on the game from scratch; meaning that it will not be a port of a more demanding version.

Welcome to the 1980s. BJ Blazkowicz is missing. His last-known whereabouts: Nazi-occupied Paris. The only ones who can find him are his twin daughters, Jess and Soph Blazkowicz—and no Nazi scum are gonna stand in their way.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood will be available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the 26th of July.
