Announced by Bethesda during their E3 presentation last year,
Wolfenstein: Youngblood is the newest entry in the long-running
Wolfenstein series originally created by id Software; only this time, the protagonists are B.J. Blazcowicz's twin daughters Jess and Soph.
In
Wolfenstein: Youngblood, B.J. Blazkowicz has gone missing, and it is up to his twin daughters Jess and Soph to find him, as they are the only ones who were basically born and trained to kill Nazis; they are their father's daughters, after all.
Expected to release for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on the
26th of July,
Wolfenstein: Youngblood will come in standard and Deluxe editions. Players who choose to purchase the Deluxe Edition will get a Buddy Pass so they can invite a friend to play with them, even if they don't own the game.
Wolfenstein: Youngblood Deluxe Edition is also including a Cyborg Skin Pack, some new weaponslike guns, knives, and hatchets; to have the Blazkowicz twins kill some Nazis in style. Players who pre-order the game will also have access to the Legacy Pack, which will give players some of B.J.'s outfits and weapons from previous entries in the
Wolfenstein series, as well as the Old Blood pipe and knife.
Today, Bethesda has released a short new gameplay trailer for
Wolfenstein: Youngblood, focusing on the Blazkowicz twins s they go on a Reich-stomping crusade to find their father.
