Get A Closer Look At The Process Behind The Making Of 11-11 MEMORIES RETOLD In New Developer Vlog

11-11 Memories Retold gets a new behind-the-scenes vlog that tells us a little bit more about the team's motivations, what made them come together, and the way games like this can change the world.

11-11 Memories Retold is shaping up to be a pretty good game; especially because of what they are actually trying to do in terms of visuals, story-telling, and their main reason behind the whole project. What's compelling about the game is that it is not catering to the same demographic war games usually target.

The developers have already spoken about their intention about wanting 11-11 Memories Retold focus on narrative rather than action, and the decision behind choosing a unique art style to tell it. In this new developer vlog, the team express their desire for players to realise how blurry and grey the line is when showing both sides involved in the war. Since the game is about two soldiers from opposing sides brought together by unlikely circumstances, the game will probably focus on both of them equally.

They also mention that in 11-11, the war serves as the background for the story they want to tell, and hopefully show players that the war was more than just the version they may know, since in war there are always more than one point of view and sometimes both may even be right.

With so many first person shooters out there, it is refreshing seeing a team passionate about a war game that isn't about killstreaks, online multiplayer, or even photorealistic graphics. 11-11 Memories Retold seems to purposely want to move away from all of that by taking a unique art style, focusing on story-telling instead of multiplayer, and delivering a faithful , and touching experience.

Journey back to World War I, the War to End All Wars and follow the story of two soldiers brought together in the most unlikely of circumstances...

11-11 Memories Retold has not been given a release date yet.
