Bringing back all of the elements found in
Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap and the
Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap HD remake,
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is the rightful spiritul successor to the iconic
Wonder Boy series that originated in 1986 for the Sega System 1 arcade.
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom is being developed by Game Atelier and published by FDG Entertainment, and will be seeing releases for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Steam on the
4th of December; with the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch getting physical copies of the game.
Today, FDG Entertainment has shared some pics of the
Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom Day-1 Edition for the Nintendo Switch. Day-1 editions for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch will be including a physical copy of the game, a 24-page full colour instruction booklet, and two sticker sheets featuring characters from the game.
