Iron Harvest is a strategy game that presents an alternate version of Europe, where huge mechs are fighting next to "normal" soldiers. The developers from King Art Games released a new trailer that gives us a better look at the game's mechanisms, including a destructible environment and management of relatively small, but deadly forces.
The production is still in an early stage of development, but it looks quite impressive even now. The developers display new soldier units and the advanced cover system, aiming for a 2018 release date. The game is inspired by the work of Jakub Różalski and his fantastic, steampunk take on the history of Poland. Take a look:
After World War 1 farmers found a plethora of unexploded ordnance, barbed wire, weapons, shrapnel and bullets while ploughing their fields. They called it the Iron Harvest. Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game (RTS) for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC, set in the alternate reality of 1920+.
