It's All About Those Supply Drops In This New Trailer For JUST CAUSE 4

The new trailer for Square Enix's Just Cause 4 focuses on the new, and improved supply drop functions that will give Rico the upper hand in the heat of the battle.

One of the many things that Square Enix's Just Cause series is known for, besides the crazy, and explosive fights Rico gets involved in, are the plethora of vehicles and weapons at the player's disposal. Just Cause 4 won't be the exception to the rule, since the game will be featuring all of those elements, and will even improve on some of them.

For starters, Just Cause 4 will be featuring a very impressive variety of vehicles for players to traverse the fictional South American country of Solis. With a staggering 104 vehicles for players to choose from, Just Cause 4 is really upping their transport game.

Today's new trailer for Just Cause 4 focuses on the game's Supply Drop mechanic, which was introduced as Rebel Drop in Just Cause 3. Like in the previous game, Just Cause 4 will need players to have access to these weapons and vehicles before being able to supply them on the field. These items can be obtained by completing Operations, Quests, performing car or bike Stunt Rings, or by advancing the Army of Chaos Frontline by liberating regions.

Another improvement over Just Cause 3's Rebel Drop is that containers can now be precisedly angled instead of throwing a beacon for the plane to drop the container—which, and trust me on this one, is a huge improvement over the previous game.

Take a look:

Welcome to Solis, a huge South American world home of conflict, oppression and extreme weather conditions. Just Cause 4 sees rogue hero Rico Rodriguez land in Solis to hunt down the truth about his past, at any costs.

Just Cause 4 will be available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on the 4th of December.
