In Life Is Strange 2, the player takes control of Sean Diaz, who is on the run from the police with his younger brother Daniel. Just like in the first season of Life is Strange, supernatural elements are involved in the main story, this time killing their dead in a mysterious accident that forces the brothers to go on the dangerous run and travel from their hometown of Seattle to Puerto Lobos, Mexico.

The first episode of the second seasons debuted in September to generally favorable reviews. While most of the game's fandom was expecting to play the second episode this year, DONTNOD Entertainment has announced that the episode has been delayed to give the French a studio to further polish it "to meet the benchmark of quality and emotional impact that you, our players, deserve."

According to DONTNOD, "the ambition of Life is Strange 2, however, means that the previous frameworks no longer apply if we are to meet the quality of play and storytelling that our vision for a game like this demands and that you deserve," as the studio wants to create something that they are proud of and that you will enjoy and remember forever. Episode 2 will be released in January 2019, and more details will be unveiled in mid-December.

Two brothers Sean and Daniel Diaz, are forced to run away from home after a tragic incident in Seattle. In fear of the police, Sean & Daniel head to Mexico while attempting to conceal a sudden & mysterious supernatural power.

Life is Strange 2's first episode is available on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 NOW!
