Warhammer: Chaosbane is the very first hack'and'slash game set in the rich
Warhammer universe. The game is being designed at Eko Software, creators of
How to Survive. The story mode will give you a chance to witness one of the universe's turning points and visit many familiar locations like Praag, also known as the Cursed City and Nuln, the Jewel of the Empire and the second largest Imperial city.
Eko has released a special trailer focused on soldier Konrad Vollen, one of the 4 playable characters in
Warhammer: Chaosbane. According to the game's official lore, Konrad is an Imperial Captain, who was trained in armed combat from earliest childhood. He's a close combat specialist and his attacks are mainly melee and area-of-effect based as his shield allows him to take on vast hordes of enemies.
Chaosbane will feature drop-in co-op, as The Imperial Captain also has several banners that he can plant in the ground to galvanize his group and grant them significant bonuses. In
Chaosbane, each character has a set of unique abilities. For example, Vollen is such a master at handling his shield that he can use it to strike enemies or to stun them. Be sure to check out the latest gameplay trailer below:
